Many unusual varieties of apple and apple juice to try and buy, craft stalls, apple trees for sale, childrens activities, beer and cider tasting, bouncy castles.
Admission adults £3, children aged 3-16 £1, under 3s free.
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Family apple picking Sundays 15th, 22nd, 29th September 2-4pm. Meet in the orchard look for the tractors. Wear appropriate sturdy footwear and help us harvest this years crop. Take a bag of apples home with you.
Please note that we are happy for you to collect windfalls from the orchard at any time but please do not pick from the trees as we rely on the income from the sale of the fruit and the juice that we make from them to help maintain the orchard.
The Walled Garden will be closed from Wed 28th July – Tues 2nd Sept (incl) for a private function.
The Walled Garden will be closed from 1pm Wed 23rd July until Tues 30th July in preparation and for Music to Watch the Flowers By on Sunday 28th July from noon til 6pm. A family picnic concert with childrens entertainment. Tickets are cheaper in advance online until Friday 26th July. After that tickets on gate payment by cash only. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
As from Sat 8th June there shall be yoga in the Walled Garden on Saturday and Sunday mornings between 9.30-10.30 *

We have two hard surface tennis courts in Shenley Park adjacent to the tea room.
Tennis Membership – annual renewal from 1st Aril (when the locks change) can be made through the tea room. The cost remains the same at £40 plus a refundable £10 key deposit to reflect that there are just two courts available for use. Once you have joined you can play as much as you like, a fair play system is in place.
Tea Room opening hours are 8-6pm daily.
